Parents deserve to know who runs their children's schools, and they deserve someone willing to say what the record means. The District Record documents the people entrusted with America's classrooms, from court filings to agency findings to the reporting that surrounds them, every item labeled and sourced.
We take a side, and it is children first. We do not confuse an accusation with a conviction, and we mark exactly what the paperwork proves. But once the facts are on the table, we are not going to pretend we have no opinion about them. Anyone named here is invited to answer, on the record.
